All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system or by phone. This allows us to organise our schedule efficiently and provide each client with the highest level of care. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so you can receive booking confirmations, reminders, and any important updates regarding your appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the service price.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to fully enjoy your session.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your appointment. This ensures treatments are safe and tailored to your needs.
Payments are required at the time of booking or immediately after the session. We accept cash and selected electronic payment methods.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another client and keep everything running smoothly.
We kindly inform you that we do not offer refunds for any treatments or gift vouchers once they have been purchased. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
